The concept of home staging® was pioneered by Barbara
Schwarz in 1985. Home staging® is now being done by sellers all over the
world to maximize their profits, and trends tell us that Staged® homes have an
immediate advantage in the market place.
When you Set The Stage, it may be suggested you
re-arrange your furniture to optimize floor space a to create a spacious and
connected environment. You may be asked to take down or put up
photo's and knick-knacks, add plants, remove clutter, or even paint walls or
change the flooring in your home. Your consultation will allow me to
recommend what could be done to set your scene to sell. As the homeowner, you
can then decide just what or how much of the recommendations you want to put
into action.
